Executive Business Committee – Oversees the business activity of the Coalition. EBC Officers will oversee the following Sub-Committees.
Staff participate on the Sub -Committees.
Finance Committee- Establishes policy and procedures related to expenditures, revenues, check signers, roles of and responsibilities of governance and management, audit considerations. Approves expenditures, reviews financial statements.
Membership and Elections Committee- Establishes policy and procedure for joining as a member, developing member benefits, and fee structure. Develops, implements process and responsible for elections, voting on by law changes by members.
Events and Fundraising Committee- Establishes annual fundraising plan and annual fundraising event. Plans for Annual meeting and Other events as necessary.
